1. My jaws are clicking. Do I need treatment?
Jaw clicking is not normal. But not all clicking requires treatment. Treatment and pain management are for those that experience limitations in opening or closing their jaw or those who are experiencing myalgia (pain in group of muscles) originating from a bite imbalance.

At DBU Dental Care, we require a series of tests consisting of dental scans, x-rays, muscle and digital bite assessment to evaluate if the symptoms are caused by a bite imbalance.
You may schedule TMJ Health Screening service in our dental office. It is a 15-minute diagnostic procedure where we will evaluate the bite force and distribution using the latest TMJ equipment, muscle assessment and jaw function.
3. Who are qualified to take this TMJ Health Screening? How much does it cost?
This TMJ Health Screening is recommend for all patients above 12 years old.
The results will be evaluated in minutes to know whether your bite is imbalanced. And if this imbalance can possibly problems in the future. The TMJ Health Screening costs around Php 3,800.00.
4. Do you accept HMO cards?
We are not affiliated with any HMO, Maxicare or any value cards. But we offer 0% installment with our merchant partners BPI, HSBC, Chinabank, American Express and Metrobank to financially assist our patients.
