1. Associate Dentist (Part-Time)
Are you a young dentist looking to elevate your practice? We are seeking a compassionate Part-Time Dentist eager to expand their clinical skills. In this role, you will receive direct, hands-on training from our senior leadership in managing and treating Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) disorders—a highly valuable and specialized field in modern dentistry.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine dental treatments, cleanings, and diagnostic exams.
Assist in diagnosing and treating complex oral health cases, including TMJ disorders.
Learn to design and implement specialized TMJ treatment and appliance protocols.
Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and specialized therapy.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.
Valid and current dental license.
Open to young dentists and recent board passers with a strong desire to learn TMJ care.
Excellent communication skills and a growth mindset.
2. Administrative Assistant (Open to Fresh Graduates!)
Kickstart your career in a dynamic, supportive health environment! We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to run our back end operations and provide administrative support to our medical team and trainees.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome patients warmly, manage check-ins, and handle phone calls or inquiries.
Coordinate patient appointments and manage the clinic’s daily calendar.
Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
Assist management with basic data entry, billing, and inventory tracking.
Qualifications:
Open to Fresh Graduates of any 2 or 4-year course!
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email handling.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a strong willingness to learn.
3. Virtual Payroll Assistant (VA WFM)
We are looking for an organized professional to streamline our internal operations, staff scheduling and payroll. This role is crucial in ensuring our clinic remains well-organized as our team and specialized programs grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process end-to-end payroll for all clinic staff, ensuring accurate and timely compensation.
Forecast staffing needs and design optimized weekly/monthly shift schedules (WFM).
Monitor attendance, leaves, and time tracking data.
Act as the main point of contact for internal staff inquiries regarding scheduling and payroll.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in payroll processing and workforce management/scheduling.
Strong proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
